Soda Ash Royalty Extension, Job Creation, and Export Enhancement Act of 2012 - Amends the Soda Ash Royalty Reduction Act of 2006 to extend from October 12, 2011, through October 12, 2016, the reduced (2%) royalty rate for soda ash.
