Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require each authorized election campaign committee of a member of the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction to report any contribution of $1,000 or more received by it or by the member between the member's appointment to the Joint Select Committee and January 31, 2012.
