Renewable Fuel Parity Act of 2011 - Amends the Clean Air Act to revise the renewable fuel program to include: (1) "cellulosic biofuel" within the definition of "advanced biofuel," and (2) fuel derived from algae among the types of fuels eligible for consideration as advanced biofuel.
