Shellfish Equity Act of 2011 - Amends the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 to include shellfish as an eligible crop in the noninsured crop disaster assistance program.
Amends the Federal Crop Insurance Act to include shellfish producers in the emergency assistance for livestock program.
