Gold Medal of Remembrance for the Sons and Daughters of Our Fallen Act - Directs that a medal, to be known as the Gold Medal of Remembrance, be presented to the child of a member of the Armed Forces who dies: (1) while serving on active duty in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, or New Dawn; or (2) as a result of wounds, injuries, or illness incurred during such service. Expresses the sense of Congress that such Medal should be presented by military commanders in ceremonies recognizing the support and sacrifice of children of members of the Armed Forces. Makes the Medal presentation requirement applicable retroactively with respect to covered deaths of members occurring after September 11, 2001.
