eliminate tax loopholes that encourage companies to ship American jobs overseas; expand markets for United States exports; promote the development of new, innovative products bearing the inscription "Made in America"; modernize and improve U.S. highways, bridges, and transit systems; modernize and upgrade U.S. rail, levees, dams, and ports; place computers in classrooms; ensure that U.S. small businesses and households have access to high-speed broadband; invest in critical new infrastructure; and streamline U.S. regulatory policies.
