Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend temporarily the duty on certain plastic laminate sheets consisting of layers of polyethylene film, polyethylene coextrusion copolymer of low density polyethylene and ethylene acrylic acid, and aluminum foil.
