Eliminate and Stop Abuse, Frequent Exploitation, and Trafficking on the Internet Task Force Act or the E-SAFETI Task Force Act - Establishes in the Department of State a three-year task force to be known as the Eliminate and Stop Abuse, Frequent Exploitation, and Trafficking on the Internet (E-SAFETI) Task Force to study and make recommendations to prevent internet-facilitated human trafficking.
Defines "internet-facilitated human trafficking" as the use of the Internet to engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons as that term is defined in the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000.
