EPA Regional Oversight Act of 2012 - Requires each Regional Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
Permits individuals serving as Regional Administrators on the date of this Act's enactment to continue to serve until January 1, 2013.
