Amends the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo and Alabama and Coushatta Indian Tribes of Texas Restoration Act to repeal the prohibition on the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Tribe conducting on its reservation or lands gaming activities that are prohibited by Texas.
