To suspend temporarily the duty on mixtures of (9,10-Anthracenedione, 1,5-diamino-4,8-dihydroxy(4-hydroxyphenyl)-) and (9,10-Anthracenedione, 1,5-diamino-4,8-dihydroxy(4-methoxyphenyl)-).
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend temporarily the duty on mixtures of (9,10-Anthracenedione, 1,5-diamino-4,8-dihydroxy(4-hydroxyphenyl)-) and (9,10-Anthracenedione, 1,5-diamino-4,8-dihydroxy(4-methoxyphenyl)-).
