Medicare Advantage Program Integrity Act of 2012 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to revise the coding intensity adjustment factor in the formula for the demographic adjustment used in calculating payments to Medicare+Choice organizations for 2015 and subsequent years.
Sets the timing of prepayments to Medicare+Choice organizations and to Medicare Advantage organizations for months beginning with January 2013.
