Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend temporarily the duty on Methyl 2-[(4-methyl-5-oxo-3-propoxy-4,5-dihydro-[1,2,4]triazole-1-c arbonyl)sulfamoyl]benzoate, sodium salt.
