Fulfilling Our Promise to Student Veterans Act of 2012 - Amends the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 to include among the members and former members of the Armed Forces authorized to request the correction of erroneous Army College Fund benefit amounts those members serving on active duty at the time the request is submitted.
Reauthorizes through 2015 any payments required in connection with such corrections.
