Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to repeal a reporting requirement under the DNA identification grant program that requires each state or local government that receives a grant to submit to the Attorney General, for each year in which funds are expended, a report on the activities carried out and an assessment of whether such activities are meeting the needs identified in the grant application.
