Affirms the deep obligation of the House of Representatives to fulfill the promises made to U.S. senior citizens regarding access to Medicare upon retirement.
Expresses its firm commitment that no changes in Medicare, including coverage and age of eligibility, be made for U.S. citizens over the age of 55 on the date of enactment of this resolution.
Expresses its firm commitment that any Medicare reform package should provide a detailed plan to end waste, fraud, and abuse in the Medicare program.
