Course Material Pilot Grant Program Act - Amends the Higher Education Opportunity Act to reauthorize appropriations for a pilot program awarding competitive grants to institutions of higher education to enable them to rent course materials to students from school bookstores.
Amends the Education of the Deaf Act of 1986 to reauthorize appropriations for a national study on the education of the deaf. (The study is tasked with identifying education-related factors that impede, and education-related factors that contribute to, successful postsecondary education experiences and employment for the deaf.)
