Finding Fugitive Sex Offenders Act of 2011 - Amends the federal judicial code and the federal criminal code to authorize the United States Marshals Service to issue administrative subpoenas solely for the investigation of unregistered sex offenders. Directs the Attorney General to report annually on: (1) the number of such subpoenas issued, (2) the crime being investigated pursuant to each subpoena, and (3) the number of unregistered sex offenders arrested subsequent to the issuance of such a subpoena and the information that led to each individual's arrest.
