SelectUSA Authorization Act of 2013 - Authorizes appropriations for FY2014-FY2018 for the SelectUSA Initiative (federal assistance aimed at increasing both foreign and domestic investment in U.S. business).
Directs the Secretary of Commerce to report to Congress on Initiative activities during each such fiscal year by the following December 31st.
