Tohono O'odham Citizenship Act of 2013 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make a person listed on the official membership roll of the Tohono O'odham Nation (a federally recognized American Indian nation in Arizona) a U.S. citizen as of the date of such listing.
States that nothing in this Act shall be construed to provide any benefit for a spouse, son, daughter, or other relative of a person granted citizenship under this Act.
Considers the valid membership credential issued to a person listed on the official Tohono O'odham Nation membership roll the equivalent of a certificate of citizenship and a state-issued birth certificate.
