Aviation Teams Helping Our Municipalities' Economies Act of 2013 or AT HOME Act of 2013 - Prohibits any funds available to the Secretary of Defense (DOD) for FY2014-FY2015 from being used for the performance of flight demonstration teams under DOD jurisdiction at any location outside the United States.
