No Special Treatment for Congress Act - Amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to prohibit the expenditure of federal funds to pay any portion of the premium for a health plan purchased by a Member of Congress or congressional staff through an American Health Benefit Exchange established by such Act. Revises for purposes of the Act the definitions of: (1) "Member of Congress" to include a Delegate or Resident Commissioner; and (2) "congressional staff" to mean a full-time or part-time employee of the office of any Member of Congress, the office of any standing, select, or joint committee of Congress, leadership offices of the House of Representatives, and the offices of the President pro Tempore, Majority and Minority Leaders and Whips, and conferences of the Majority and Minority and their policy committees.
