Foley, former Member of the House for 15 terms and Speaker of the House for the 101st, 102nd, and 103rd Congresses. Declares that: (1) in his death the United States and Washington (state) have lost a valued and eminent public servant and citizen; and (2) when the House adjourns on October 22, 2013, it stand adjourned as a further mark of respect to his memory.
