Amends title IV (Student Assistance) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to direct the Secretary of Education to:
include a space on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form to identify students who are or were in the foster care system and are seeking assistance under title IV, and notify students who identify themselves as such of their potential eligibility for financial aid under title IV and other federal programs.
