To extend the National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity and the Advisory Committee on Student Financial Assistance for one year.

Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to extend by one year, through FY2015, the term of: (1) the National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity, and (2) the Advisory Committee on Student Financial Assistance.
