Amends the Refugee Crisis in Iraq Act of 2007 to extend the program providing special immigrant status to qualifying Iraqis for an additional fiscal year.
Amends the Afghan Allies Protection Act of 2009 to extend the program providing special immigrant status to qualifying Afghans through FY2014.
