Get Reinvesting in Opportunities for Workers (GROW) American Jobs Act
Authorizes appropriations for FY2016-FY2020 for the SelectUSA Initiative (federal assistance aimed at increasing both foreign and domestic investment in U.S. business).
Directs the Secretary of Commerce to report to Congress during such fiscal years on Initiative activities.
