Promoting Border Commerce and Travel Act
Prohibits the Secretary of Homeland Security from: (1) establishing, collecting, or otherwise imposing a border crossing fee for pedestrians or passenger vehicles at land ports of entry along the southern or northern border of the United States; or (2) conducting any study relating to imposition of such a fee.
