Supporting Positive Outcomes After Release Act
Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to require a state plan for medical assistance to prohibit the state from terminating (but allowing it to suspend) enrollment under a state plan for an individual who is eligible because an inmate of a public institution.
