Grant Residency for Additional Doctors Act of 2015 or the GRAD Act of 2015 Directs the Secretary of State to: designate a Department of State officer or employee whose sole responsibility during the months of March, April, May, June, and any other period of time determined by the Secretary, shall be to facilitate the expedited review of J-visa applications of aliens applying for U.S. admission to participate in a graduate medical education or training program; and provide appropriate Foreign Service officers with training related to medical graduates and medical graduate programs in the countries in which they are serving.
