Youth Summer Jobs and Public Service Act of 2015
Amends the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to direct the Department of Labor to award grants to states to help local areas with high concentrations of eligible youth to carry out summer employment programs to provide those youth with summer employment opportunities directly linked to academic and occupational learning.
