Commends the archaeologists, the Instituto Nacional de Antropologia y Historia, the U.S. Consulate General Monterrey, and all those individuals whose work led to the identification and recovery of the remains of the U.S. soldiers who fought in the 1846 battle of Monterrey. Calls upon the government of Mexico and the Mexican Secretariat of Foreign Affairs to repatriate the identified remains of these soldiers.
