Design-Build Incentive Act of 2015
This bill directs the Department of Transportation, in selecting surface transportation projects and other infrastructure projects eligible for federal assistance under the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act and the Safe Accountable Flexible Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU), to give preference to applicants who demonstrate that a project will achieve cost efficiencies through the use of innovative project development, finance, operations, or delivery methods, such as design-build.
