Federal Firefighter Pay Equity Act
This bill includes in the determination of a federal firefighter's average pay for purposes of computing retirement and annuity benefits one-half of a firefighter's basic hourly rate times the number of overtime hours included in such firefighter's regular tour of duty for a year.
