This bill amends the Barrow Gas Field Transfer Act of 1984 with respect to the conveyance to the Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation (UIC) of all right, title, and interest held by the United States to sand and gravel underlying the surface estate owned by UIC in the Barrow gas fields and Walakpa gas discovery site. This conveyance shall include all U.S. right, title, and interest to specified sand and gravel deposits underlying the surface estate owned by UIC that are contiguous to the Barrow gas fields.
