Fair Distribution of Affordable Housing Funds Act of 2016
This bill amends the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 to eliminate the minimum state allocation requirement with respect to amounts allocated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to the Housing Trust Fund to be distributed to each state (including the District of Columbia) to provide affordable housing.
