Mental Health Training Enhancement for First Responders Act of 2016
This bill amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to expand the allowable use of grant funds under the Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program to include specialized mental health training for law enforcement officers.
