Duty to Report Sexual Assault Act of 2016 This bill amends the federal criminal code to impose criminal penalties—a fine, a prison term of up to six months, or both—on an owner or employee of a massage establishment who fails to report known or suspected sexual assault by an employee to an appropriate law enforcement agency. Additionally, the bill imposes a fine on an owner of a massage establishment who fails to publicly display policies and procedures to prevent and respond to sexual assault.
