Risk-Based Credit Examination Act
This bill amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to provide the Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of Credit Ratings with discretion concerning the matters to review in its annual examinations of the management and activities of nationally recognized statistical rating organizations.
