Thurgood Marshall's Elementary School Study Act (Sec. 3) The Department of the Interior shall conduct a special resource study, according to requirements for study of potential additions to the National Park System, of P.S. 103, the public school located in West Baltimore, Maryland, which former Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall attended as a youth. The study must also include any other resources in the surrounding neighborhood that relate to his early life.
