Authorizes the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center on October 22, 2015, for a ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medal to the Monuments Men in recognition of their role in the preservation, protection, and restitution of monuments, works of art, and artifacts of cultural importance during and following World War II.
