Andrew Joseph III Act of 2016This bill requires a jurisdiction to have in place, as a condition of eligibility for funds under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant program, an independent civilian review board to review allegations of brutality and civil rights violations against law enforcement officers.
