Extends the deepest sympathies of the House of Representatives to the members of the family of Elie Wiesel.
Urges the continuation of Wiesel's work and legacy to preserve the memory of individuals who perished in the Holocaust, to prevent the recurrence of another Holocaust, to combat hate and intolerance, and to never forget and learn from the lessons of history.
