Recognizes the 100th anniversary of the formation of the 41st Division of the U.S. Army.
Expresses gratitude to those who served in the 41st Division, the 41st Infantry Division, the 41st Infantry Brigade, and the 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team and honors those who have fallen in the line of duty.
