Empowering Law Enforcement to Fight Sex Trafficking Demand Act
(Sec. 2) This bill amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to allow grants under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program to be used for programs to combat human trafficking.
