Acquitted Conduct Reform Act of 2018
This bill amends the federal criminal code to prohibit a federal court from considering acquitted conduct at sentencing. Acquitted conduct means acts for which a person was criminally charged and adjudicated not guilty after trial or acts underlying dismissed criminal charges.
