Primary Care Patient Protection Act of 2018 This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to modify the requirements for the high deductible health plans that are required for health savings accounts. The bill requires the plans to offer coverage with no deductible for primary care services provided during the first two visits during a year to an individual's designated primary care provider. The primary care provider must be a general practitioner, family practice practitioner, general internist, obstetrician, gynecologist, pediatrician, geriatric physician, or advanced practice registered nurse acting in accordance with state laws.
