Fixing Housing Access Act of 2018
This bill modifies provisions concerning civil actions under the False Claims Act and the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 related to certain housing programs administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Agriculture.
