Kerrie Orozco First Responders Family Support Act (Sec. 2) This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to waive the naturalization requirements of residence and physical presence for an alien who is the surviving spouse, child, or parent of a U.S. citizen who dies from an injury or disease incurred in or aggravated by employment as a first responder. (A surviving spouse must have been living in marital union with the citizen spouse at the time of death.) The bill defines "first responder" to mean federal, state, and local government fire, law enforcement, and emergency response personnel.
