Ensuring Scott Pruitt is Accountable Act of 2018 or the EPA Act of 2018
This bill prohibits the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from finalizing or implementing a rule signed by former Administrator Scott Pruitt until the EPA publishes a report on certain investigations of Scott Pruitt.
